FIELDKITOS // DEVELOPMENT COMMITMENT
FieldKitOS is more than a one-time product release. It's a commitment to building a practical, evolving security workbench for people doing authorised security work.
THE FOUNDER'S VISION
Too many essential security workflows feel fragmented, intimidating or out of reach for people entering the field. Our goal is to make authorised security work more approachable without compromising responsible use, clear scope or technical quality.
We want to build one of the most functional, dependable security workbenches available. It's an ambitious goal that has to be earned through real software, continuous testing and listening to users, not through a marketing claim.
The subscription model is intended to make that sustained work possible. This is not about releasing a dashboard and walking away; it's about improving the tools, the experience and the support over time.
FIELDKIT DEV OUR DEVELOPMENT DIRECTION
REINVESTING IN THE WORKBENCH
When paid subscriptions begin, recurring revenue will help fund continued engineering and support. We don't claim a fixed investment percentage or promise every proposed capability will ship.
Expand useful, authorised security workflows, reduce friction between modules and focus on features that solve real problems.
Prioritise testing, safe defaults, responsible scope controls, fixes and dependable customer access before adding complexity.
Improve onboarding, mobile readability, clear guides and workflows that help newcomers learn without obscuring expert tools.
Maintain documentation, listen to customer feedback and communicate verified releases and limitations as the product develops.
TRANSPARENT DEVELOPMENT / NO FICTION
These are current categories of work, not a release schedule or a promise that planned features are included in a subscription.
Casebook planning and records, user-selected local SHA-256 evidence inventories, imported report and network-log review, and curated tools/references. See the feature catalogue for exact boundaries.
Complete recurring billing tests, customer entitlements, secure software delivery, recovery, supported-device guidance, cancellation policies and support before opening paid checkout.
Explore broader approved assessment workflows, richer integrations, more responsive interfaces and guided automation, with explicit authorisation, safety and independent testing. These remain prospective.
